Activity Assignee (meeting, etc) mail confirmation

Hi
i ahve one question if is a bug or not, if is not a bug what is the way for have this functional:

1. The mail for the activity assignee show for the name of the contact : name_44592 in place of the real name ??

2. The mail doesnt contains any calendar files for outlook or Apple mail
