Guys, I need to understand the discount code feature provided at civiCRm, do we have a demo of the same.

As I recall the documentation is pretty good, and there's a good deal of useful information if you rummage through the issue queue for the module. The best option would be to set up a test site and install the module then you can play with it and see what it is capable of.
