Error with step 4 Testing the mail

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class html2text in /var/www/vhosts/[domain name]/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/packages/html2text/class.html2text.inc on line 108
Quite strange, this has worked for two years.
Joomla 1.5.21 and Civicrm 3.21.
Done upgrade to J 1.5.25 and Civicrm 3.4.8
The problem remains.
Made on the same hosting a test install with clean Joomla and Civicrm and it works.

Anyone a suggestion?

what changed in the past few days? Did u or someone else install another joomla component?

Just Joomla update 1.5.21 to 1.5.25
But I did a downgrade and restore as well afterwards in the hope of resolving the issue.
