drupal users can not edit profile info that is attached to user account; d7 civicrm 4.0.7. The user has drupal permissions for civicrm

view all contacts .
edit all contacts,
access all custom data,
profile edit,
profile view

All fields in the profile are set for public pages and listings.

What else is needed?

Oops. 4.1.1 has a worse bug from my viewpoint. (CRM-9709. I have about 100 records set with a subtype. If I change those to org and change the field set to org, I lose all the custom data!!)

In what version did the editing problem get fixed? I jumped from 4.0.7 to 4.1.1 Is there a patch for 4.0.7? I haven't been able to find the bug report to know when it got fixed.
