DB Error: a515ac9c2796ca0e23adbe92c68fc9fc on Event Participation Report (List)

I was having trouble with the Event Participation Report (List) and decided to delete the report and recreate it from the template and am now receiving this error:

DB Error: a515ac9c2796ca0e23adbe92c68fc9fc
[nativecode=1052 ** Column 'sort_name' in field list is ambiguous]

I've read several postings on this, but none seem to address my particular problem.
We're using CiviCRM 3.4.8 with Drupal 6.25.

Any suggestions?
