IMPORTANT: CiviSMTP Scheduled Maintenance Notice April 14 & 15

Dear CiviSMTP Customers,

This is a notice of a scheduled maintenance on the CiviSMTP servers on the nights of April 14 and 15, 2012,  6PM to 10PM PST with an expected service interruption.

Maintenance window:   April 14 and 15, 2012, 6PM to 10PM PST (2 nights, 4 hours each time)

Maintenance description: server upgrades.

PLEASE NOTE THAT DOWNTIME IS EXPECTED SO PLAN YOUR MAILING SCHEDULES ACCORDINGLY.

If after the maintenance you have any concerns regarding your service, please do not hesitate to contact us via this forum or by emailing civismtp [at] uas [dot] coop

We are still doing maintenance at this time.

The SMTP and Return channels are fully operational at this time, so any active account *can* resume sending, etc.

Account management is *not* currently available, so changing account settings like the smtp username and password cannot be accommodated.  This will be fixed shortly.

All systems are back online.

We just tripled our capacity!  :)  Let us know if there are any problems.

All of our clients who use CIVSMTP are unable to send email with attachment - the email comes back with failed message (code: 451, response: Queuing declined or disabled; try again
later) this started happening since the 16th April hence after the maintenance took place - could please advice?
