Civimail blocks in queue.(schedule mail not working )

I have a civimail system in my website to Email regular users about the new site releases at appropriate time, they are not getting emails in scheduled times and are blocked in the queue  , We Reported to our data centre and they reported their configurations are perfect .May I Know why the mails blocks in Queue, thanks in advance  :)

My Civicrm version = CiviCRM 3.3.5
CMS= Drupal 6
Mysqlversion= 4.1

I am in a critical situation , Anybody please help me , We got hundreds of email stuck, I hope you will help me, Thanks in advance

A couple of questions for you.

1. Has your version of CiviMail *ever* worked?  If yes, when was the last time it worked?
2. Have you made any changes recently that might have caused it to stop working?
3. Is it true you are using MySQL 4?  Requirements for 3.3 are MySQL 5.
