civicrm conflict with mootools in joomla website

I'm using civicrm in joomla envirolment. Configuration information Joomla 2.5.1 and civicrm 4.1.1. Mootools drop down menus are not working when I landed civicrm page. Can any body help me to solve the issue?

Can you look for an error in the Console tab of Firebug?

Following error messages are shown in the firefox error console.

Error: this.menu.getElements is not a function

Error: wrapper2.addEvent is not a function
