Missing Menu
April 12, 2012, 05:28:40 am
Hi,

I appear to be missing a menu in the left-hand column when in Administration mode. The menu has handy options such as "Import" and appears to be titled "CiviCRM". It can be seen in this video:

I don't see the menu on either a Windows or Linux Drupal installation... Is it a custom menu?

Any tips? Does anyone have that menu?

Thanks..!

Anyone??

As administrator, it should be possible to see the name of the menu if you hover over the top-right, if anyone has it...

I don't have it but then again I am using Seven as the theme for my CiviCRM backend and there is no left sidebar region to put a menu.
For the other themes there are some available blocks to place the sidebars in admin/structure/block but there are no CiviCRM Menus installed in the admin/structure/menu list.
Maybe the person who created the screen cast just built the menu?

I think this is a very old version of CiviCRM and the dropdown menu we now have (which replaced that left hand menu) is far better actually.
