Add attachments on Open Case form

Hi,

We had a request to add the "Attachments" section, which appears on the normal activity add/edit form, to the Open Case form. Have implemented this on a 4.0.7 site. Would this be of interest as a feature? If so, I'll file an issue with a patch.

hey davej:

definitely do file an issue and attach the patch. I do think this is a useful feature (attachments to things are always needed by some org), but would love to hear from orgs / use cases who dont think this is useful and why not :)

I'm trying to remember why this wasn't added originally, because the request has come up in the past. I don't think there was any business reason though not to have it.

I've ported to 4.1.1 and created an issue with a patch against that version:
