Does creation of a CMS user from a contact record work with Drupal?

I have read this is a new feature, and I can see how to do it on the Joomla demo site, but we run on drupal. 

I had thought it was drupal 7 but now I am not sure  - it says it is civi 3.4.7 which would mean drupal 6 wouldn't it? 

The drupal 7 demo site appears to be broken so I can't check there, and I can't find the 'create user' function on the drupal 6 site.
