Partial Event Refund

Hi,

I tried to find another topic on this matter, but couldn't find a straight answer, which makes we thing this is currently not possible in 3.3.2

We refunded an event participant a portion of the registration fee through authorize.net. Now we would like to adjust this in the civicrm records to keep the reporting straight. How do we do this? It seems the event price field is grayed out and can't be edited?

Any advise?

Anyone? Doesn't everyone, who runs larger events, need to deal with this from time to time? Thanks for sharing how you solved the difference in what was actual paid and what CiviCRM recorded.

partial payments / refunds etc are scheduled to be in the scope of the civi-accounting project which will be part of civicrm sometime this year

Thanks Lobo. Great to see that civi-accounting is coming along well. We'll be manually tracking our refunds until then to adjust final reports.
