Hi there,
Does anyone know if there is a way to retrieve a list of intended recipients that were not sent an email that was cancelled. Our scenario is that we have a queuing system which means that our emails are send out gradually. This morning an error was incorrectly identified in the mailout and we hit the cancel button after 55% or so of the recipients had been sent the email.

Of course, now we have confirmed that there was in fact no issue, we need to send the mail out to everyone who didn't receive it the first time.

I've tried going through the Mail Summary Report but that's not giving me any information back.

Any ideas or suggestions would be really appreciated.

Our method for doing this is to click on Report for the canceled mailing in the list. Then select Advanced Search next to Successful Deliveries. Then you can create a smart group from that list of contacts. Then exclude the smart group from the new mailing, and nobody who got the canceled mailing should get the new one.

However, in 4.4.4 this is not working for us due to http://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-14305.
