Rebuild Custom Tables??

So I did the  upgrade from 4.1.0 to 4.1.1 and got a db error. Of course I didn't have a good backup of the data so I had to just do an export of the data only from the corrupt db and then dropped the tables and deleted the civicrm folder. I downloaded a new 4.1.1 install and installed it.

I then took the tables from my export and dropped those into the new install. Everything went mostly ok after i did a few minor tweaks to the sql to remove the inserts of the tables that were already pre-populated.

the problem now is that i don't have my custom tables....is there a way to trigger Civi to rebuild those custom tables from the profile and custom fields tables?

I don't think so. You will have to retrieve it from your backup.

No, as Kurund stated you will have to rebuild or get from the backup I am afraid..... :(
