Is there a way to automatically link new members with their respective cities, counties, voting districts and states? Just relying on Zip Codes will not guarantee accuracy, since they overlap boundaries.

First I need to find the API that keeps up to date with all of that information.

Then I need to link it in somehow with CiviCRM.
Plus the database needs to automatically update members when any information changes.

There may be a way within Drupal, but I'm still climbing up their 'learning cliff'.

Any ideas?
