I am trying to attach a PDF file size ( 84 kb) to an email but it failed with the following message ( The mail library returned the following error message:
Failed to send data [SMTP: Invalid response code received from SMTP (outbound mail) server while attempting to send email. This is often caused by a misconfiguration in the CiviCRM Outbound Email settings. Please verify the settings at Administer CiviCRM >> Global Settings >> Outbound Email (SMTP). (code: 451, response: Queuing declined or disabled; try again later)]
just to let you know I used to send the email with the same attachment.

Civi smtp have cut down on the size of attachment they will allow out. We had the same problem. They say 100kb attachment is ok, but this also includes the email text.
