Drupal Menu Bar not shown in demo site

When you look at the drupal 7, civiCRM demo site, the demo user of civi doesnt have access to the drupal menu. How do I do that?
and is that only possible with drupal or can it be accomplished in joomla?

You just set whatever permissions you want for your Drupal roles. For more info: http://drupal.org/getting-started/7/admin
