Sorry I've read the docs and the manual but just can't figure out the mapping for relationship import.
I have relationship treasurer(individual) of organisation (organisation) so "treasurer of" and "treasurer is" respectively
All records already in civi with unique external ids.
import file fields are currently
individualname, individual_externalID, orgname, org_externalID (but could use others)

My brain (and pride!) are hurting trying to figure out the mapping

and whether to import as individual or org or 2 rounds?

so if you import them as Individuals just using your Ext ID - then on the column for Org Ext Id scroll right to the bottom of the options and you should find a whole bunch of Relationships including the one you created.
Pick the Treasurer one, that will then give you another field with options where you should find External ID
