Error in the Wordpress installation files.

In the file civicrm/civicrm.php there is a line - line 40 in 4.1.2 -  that reports into the WP plugins listing screen the version number of the CiviCRM codebase.
In the 4.1.2 codebase (and I think this was true in 4.1.1 also) this line incorrectly states the version number as 4.1.0, thereby confusing everyone as to which version they have installed.

i fixed this for 4.1.3 with a crude hack. We'll need to rethink it and do this automatically during generating the tarballs

seems like a small isolated project. Graham: wanna take it on? A lot more shell scripting than php coding
