I have noticed that in some cases, the not changeable NAME field for relationships or contact types shows up!?
Specially in drupal views where it's seems to be that only the name field is selected instead of the label field?

CiviCRM seems to address the name field like a machine name but instead to hide it it's shown in some cases.
This brings some problems in, characters like öäüß are not usable or the field is not renameable.

Also in many other forms at least in the admin interface, there are many other fields with are used like a machine field type, but shown to the user like it is the label.
Is there any explanation for this behavior? This seems to me very strange and not logical. Why do we use a field to to label something and to define it's hard dependencies in the database? Such a field should always be hidden from the user and should only show up as extra information for the admin.
