Hi
I need to assign a new opened case to another person, so I select him to the list and everything works well, so a new activity that describes the new assigment has been created and automatically closed, so I want that another activity will be created and assigned to the person who I have assigned the case and created as Scheduled.
It is possible?
I can accept that the first Activity can be created Scheduled instead of Closed
I've tried with Xml schema and <ActivitySets> in .xml configuration file without success.

You can't do it in the config. Could do it with custom code but can't see an easy way.
