Quick question.  I've imported a bunch of members and assigned them into a specific membership categories.  The cost of membership is $900 per year, and I've updated their payment record but not everyone has paid (yes, they are still our member even if they didn't pay on time...).

So is there a way to show the members who hasn't paid for the membership (such as an over-due list)?  I've played with the over-due pledge list, but since this is not pledge, the report doesn't show anything.  I've also tried to search for "Membership Dues" as a contribution type and "amount" to zero, but I still can't pull the report out.  Any help is appreciated!

Have you considered using the "Grace" period as a way to set membership status for people who don't pay on time, but whose memberships you wish to keep active?

If you have people who have never paid, you could set their end date to a date in the past when you create their membership, so that they are marked as "grace" status until they pay.  The people who have paid once should go into grace status once their currently paid membership is past.

The grace status could be set to a very long period in your Membership Status Rules, if you want to be sure people don't lose their membership privileges.
