Problem with Mapping and Geocoding Providers in configuration checklist
May 04, 2012, 08:09:50 am
When I click 'Mapping and Geocoding Providers' after a clean install of CiviCRM 4.1.2 on Drupal 7 I see this warning:

Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/share/php/templates/CRM/Contact/Form/Task/Map) is not within the allowed path(s): <redacted> in CRM_Utils_System::listIncludeFiles() (line 1268 of /data/htdocs/g/givetottenhamachance/web/sites/all/modules/civicrm/CRM/Utils/System.php).
and
Warning: is_dir(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/usr/share/php/CRM/Utils/Geocode) is not within the allowed path(s)

This folder path /usr/share/php/templates.. does not exist on my server so not sure why it is appearing.

i dont think civi plays very well with open_basedir

if i had to guess: /usr/share/php is coming from the open_basedir setting
