Suggestions for a Film Office
May 11, 2012, 05:51:51 am
Woohoo! Got more work, but this time it's for a film office. Most everything they want is easily handled by CiviCRM, but do have one little wrinkle.

Basically, they want to store pictures of possible film locations. They want the location tied to specific members. However, some members will want their contact information kept private, some will be very open to being contacted by "member" film projects.

Am I better off creating new fields in CiviCRM and handling the images there or am I better off sucking in an image or media plugin and then tying it into CiviCRM?

Any feedback (including do your own #$% work appreciated!)

Thanks!

Hershel

I would think that handling the images in Drupal will be much easier as you can find lots of modules providing gallery and other functionality. You could then link those to a contact.
