Failed test mailings

We are experiencing intermittent failures when sending test mailings prior to sending the full mailing. The test mailing either never arrives at all or it arrives very late, often after the entire bulk mail has been delivered successfully

Are any logs kept of the test mailings or a way to trace these?

Unfortunately, we are still on CCRM 1.9 with an upgrade pending.

yes, we can check our logs.

please send us the details about those test mailings like what date/time/timezone and any email addresses that it did not get delivered to.
