Which table stores mailing label settings?

I am trying to locate the database table and field that stores the setting for the mailing label format. ( ie the setting at the top of the page at: http://mygroup.org/civicrm/admin/setting/preferences/address?reset=1  )

Any ideas where to look?

In CiviCRM 4.1.2, DB Table name 'civicrm_setting', record id - 7
