'Non-recoverable error'
May 16, 2012, 04:24:55 pm
Hey Everyone!

I have been having the same issue since upgrading to 4.1, so I'm hoping someone can help me out. I have attached an image of the error I receive.

I seem to get the error when using CiviContribute and CiviEvent. It happen when creating a new contribution page or event and I click 'Save' or 'Save and Done'. It also happens when I try to edit any information on an existing Contribution page or event page and I click 'Save' or 'Save and Done'.

The weird thing is that the edits/saves will usually work if I try it a second time, but I don't want to have to do everything twice. :)

If someone could please point me in the right direction, that would be amazing!!

Thank You,
Nicole

Do you really have MySQL version: 5.0.51a? I don't know if that's the problem, but CiviCRM doesn't officially work with that version.

Hey Hershel!

Thanks for the response! We're actually using 5.1.62; is that also an issue?

No, 5.1 is OK. Can you turn on debugging in CiviCRM and try to get more details about the error?
