Activity tab: filtering on several type
May 21, 2012, 12:13:38 am
Hi,

The activity tab is getting too full, mostly with "automatic" activities (mass mailings, actions on cases...).

The filter on one type is not enough to properly un-clutter the list, was wondering what you think about

a) being able to filter to include several types (meeting+phone+...)
to be useful, each user should be able to set one filter and keep it across contacts to avoid having to select the same list of type

b) being able to exclude type(s)
eg. being able to filter out all the automatic activities. Might need an extra boolean 'is_generated'

I didn't look at the code for option a), but shouldn't be too complicated to replace a type= by a type in (...), would it?
