array_flip() error - Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values line 178 entity.inc

This error appears when opening Reports Listing on CiviCRM / Drupal.

The error appears on the online demo version and my own installation (Drupal 7.14, CiviCRM 4.1.2)

Warning: array_flip(): Can only flip STRING and INTEGER values! in DrupalDefaultEntityController->load() (line 178 of C:\inetpub\wwwroot\CiviCRM\includes\entity.inc).

Has anyone found a cause or solution before I waste time trying to figure it out?

This looks like error related to entity module.

So probably a Drupal error rather than a CiviCRM error..?
