Fatal Error when signing up for email subscription

I am getting the following error when entering an email address in our Mailing List Subscription box:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function _civicrm_api3_store_values() in /home/h2oforlife/www/www/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/api/v3/DeprecatedUtils.php on line 718
