Drupal 6 incompatable with crm

Hi
I am very new to this CRM . I have installed Drupal 6. and installed civiCRM automated installation pack. But on configuration it seems it is not compatible with this version !!! New CRM is seemed to be beta version. Can I use this beta version for Drupal 6 ? Is it have all the functions ? or Shall I delete my drupal installation and reinstall 5x version.
Pls help..

CiviCRM v2.0 is only compatible with drupal 5.x. You will need to download and reinstall drupal 5.x
