The update rules don't update the contact

Hi,

1. When i have import (CSV) into Civi , some fields are not imported .
2. when i want to re-import this csv for updating the contacts nothing append

The Drupal log:

I'm running into the same issue when using Update to re-import contacts - most contacts update, but some don't. I'm also getting a lot of
