CiviCRM menu not showing after upgrading to 4.1.2

After we upgraded from CiviCRM 3.4.5 to 4.1.2, the CiviCRM does not show any more. When we click a short cut link to CiviEvent, for example, the menu on the top of the screen is the drupal menu. Any idea on how to fix this?

Can you try using Garland and see if that works?

Or with your theme, look in the Console tab of Firebug for Firefox and look for any errors.
