Is there a way to transfer the actual custom profiles or groups

We have a new Wordpress website with CiviCRM 4.1.2 and would like to be able to import the actual custom profiles and fields from our Joomla CiviCRM 3.0 installation so we don't have to create all these over again. We're not worried about the data, we need the actual profiles and groups to be exported.
