Hi

we are sending mails by using our mail severs (WHM). we are using IMAP protocol and 143 port also opened. we can send individual mails, mass mailing and bounce back also working.
but in the civicrm Scheduled Jobs Logs we are getting this error  message.

An error occured while sending or receiving mail. Failed to connect to the server: domain_name:143.

Full message:
Finished execution of Bounces fetcher with result: Failure, Error message: Could not connect to MailStore

seems like this is the wrong error message. Scheduled jobs only sends mail, which the error message below is for the bounce processor.

Have u mixed error messages?

You are posting on the forum imap2soap, I doubt that's the one you use.

What command are you running and how is your mailbox configured? It might be that you are trying to connect securely/ssl on the 143 port (that isn't encrypted).

What do you mean the bounce are working? that they end up in the mailbox but civi can't read them?
