Hi

CiviCRM is having a conflict with another plugin it seems. We are using Wordpress 3.3.

How do we fix this?

I created a test event.

Shortcode: civicrm component="event" id="2" mode="test" action="register"

But as I hardly know what I am doing I have no idea if I did this correct.

A similar error showed up after activating CiviCRM before inserting the database info and finishing the install. As the install finished with the database info in place the specific error during install went away. The error caused the menu icons in the post and pages to disappear, and be replaced with an error line that I did not write down.

I reinstalled and found the error.

Someplace in CiviCRM's Wordpress backend (do not remember how I got to it) there is a check box for multiple languages which gives a warning that clicking this will change the database. Since this is for a Norwegian site I clicked it, and the languages error was created.

Reinstalling I came across this box again, and this time I decided not to click it.
And the install now works.

What is the dangerous languages check box? How would I make the frontend Norwegian?
