Hi,

Looking around, quite a few modules exist for Canada (that seems to be mostly identical to what I'd need). I had a good chat with Samuel, Karin & Dave today (check out the irc log) and I get a clearer idea of what exists and what is missing.

Featurewise, it seems to be close to what is required in France (but different layout).

I tried to write down what might be a proper way to integrate in Civi. I can contribute/sponsor some of the development and there is already some work that has been done that we can re-use. Karin from semper IT has offered to contribute some hours as well (and has already worked on a module).

This being said, we will need extra funding to finish, if you need to generate tax receipts, your help will be more than welcome.

The first step is to see what's the best way to implement it (and add to the core). Over the wiki for details, feel free to edit!
