Blank page after successful registration 100% of the time

Hi guys,

We have created an event, but almost everyone is complaining that after they successfully register, they always receive a blank white screen. We have filled out the "thank you" page in the configuration, but it still seems to be happening.

Any ideas? Many thanks in advance.

a little birdie on irc says "most likely the blank page generation is due to the pdf issue and memory" - so turn PDFs off on receipts if you have this turned on - check at civicrm/admin/setting/misc?reset=1 unless you have it specified on that particular sys tpl msg at /civicrm/admin/messageTemplates?reset=1
