CiviCRM hosting?

Hi.

I am working from Denmark for an international organization with headquarters in Holland.
Can anyone recommend a VPS hosting provider in Holland?

Hi,

Is this mandatory to host in NL? In our experience is that the service is as good and cheaper in germany.

We also need to process payments to a Dutch bank. Is that possible from Germany...?

Which system are you looking to integrate? iDEAL?

At the last meetup at amsterdam, we discussed about this payment and a provider (sorry, can't remember the name right now) that makes it easier

We haven't really looked for a payment processor yet...
I don't see any dutch processors on the official CiviCRM list, so maybe we have a problem here...

Any help would be highly appreciated  :)

Should be no problem.

Any processor who can emulate authorize.net's API (many do) can work with CiviCRM. Perhaps you have such in the Netherlands....

I can't see how the fysical location of the hosting company would have any effect on the payment processor. We use this hosting company in NL, they have experience with CiviCRM: http://www.bosworx.nl.
