civicrm events are being offset by GMT?
June 05, 2012, 12:36:39 am
Although we've set the drupal time to be Australia/Sydney and the PHP time to be Australia/Sydney, in civicrm any events that make reference to time will often have the wrong time (i.e mail sent out instantly will have the wrong time listed.). In particular if pulling information from civicrm into calendars, it will display on the wrong day (adding +10 hours to the time).

I've seen Others report this issue in older tickets: http://forum.civicrm.org/index.php/topic,15653.0.html

Is there a way to change civicrm settings so that it won't offset the time incorrectly?

ETA
Server time is AEST, PHP is set to AEST, Drupal is set to AEST-

CiviCRM version: 3.4
CMS version: drupal 6x
MySQL version: 5.0.x
PHP version: 5.3

http://wiki.civicrm.org/confluence/display/CRMDOC40/Using+Drupal+Calendar+with+CiviEvent

I am using method one here to have events display in the calendar.

If I change the drupal timezone, the date will display wrong. Currently it displays the correct date/time, but it shows up on the wrong day (like it's adding an extra 10 hours).
If I change the php timezone, and restart apache, there is no affect.
