Drush upgrade issues with Drupal 7
June 06, 2012, 08:12:03 am
I was applying the security upgrade to 4.1.3 to a number of sites this morning and I've been running into a problem with Drush upgrades. The Drupal 6 site updated to 4.1.3 as expected, but I've been getting this error on a number of Drupal 7 sites:

Code: [Select]
Command civicrm-upgrade needs the following module(s) enabled to run: civicrm.
CiviCRM is clearly enabled (I actually disabled it via drush and re-enabled it in one case, but get the same error). What am I missing?

Update: It's not on all Drupal 7 sites, as I've just done one that at least recognized that civicrm was enabled... but I have seen the above on at least three sites and different servers...

Did you ever get this resolved? I have exactly the same issue.

And if anyone has any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

FWIW: this is on Drupal 7, with only one site specified in sites/default. I can run other drush commands, such as 'drush cc', and drush appears to pick up the correct site and function fine. Only the CiviCRM commands fail.

Never mind, found the problem. The server had an older version of Drush installed, upgrading Drush to the latest version (5.7 at time of writing) fixed the issue.
