I have a custom date field used for an activity - was set to not have Time, but retested with it having a Time and got same issue

when saving the Activity i get this notice

Notice: Undefined index: time_format in CRM_Core_BAO_CustomField::getDisplayValueCommon() (line 1119 of /sites/civicrm-d7-stable/CRM/Core/BAO/CustomField.php).

When the Activity email is sent out the Date provided shows as eg

Verification Date    January 0th, 0 12:20 AM

I can't confirm on demo as it won't fire out the email.

I have tried some variations on the Date Format but same outcome

The in-built Activity 'Date' field sends out correctly

eg Date and Time    June 11th, 2012 12:31 PM

Ahh - this may be more useful

So a Date of 7 June, 2012

is sent out as 0th, 7 8:12 PM

A Date of 12 June, 2012

is sent out as 0th, 12 2:01 AM

A Date/Time of June 13th, 2012 12:55 PM

is sent out as 0th, 13 2:01 AM

Make sense to anyone?

Just updating this to say that currently we are not getting that error message - but the email of the activity is still coming through as 0th, 20 12:00 AM

Anyone able to be provide a pointer - we are eileenless for a bit ;-(
