Activity-to-Email processor -- Ignores emails with no subject
June 11, 2012, 03:53:52 pm
Have been using the Activity-to-Email processor for months and love it.  Until today, it's been a little bit of a mystery how it decides which emails go to the "ignored" box.  Now, I realize that it's because those emails have no subject.

Is there a good way to get these emails to process anyway?

We work with high school students... they often skip the subject line.

Thanks!
