Accessing User wide contacts

Hello, I have installed CiviCRM 4.1 with Drupal 7 and its working fine. I want to create some users who can create and access their own contacts and other related things. (Only admin can see all the records.) I read many online help sources, Civicrm ebook (purchased from PacktPub) but unable to find the proper instructions to get it done.

Please give some help, how to achieve this functionality.

Both links are very helpful. I have tried according to instruction given there but not achieved full results. I may be missing some step but I am sure what to do.

Can you give some other help to do this.
