Mass Mailing errors. Please help!

Hi I was wondering if anyone could help, when we try to do a mass mailing we get to stage 4 Test and get this message

Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving...... It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
Here are some suggestions:
Reload this web page later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfil the request.

We also have this warning

Warning: require(CRM/Core/DAO/.listAll.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in _civicrm_api3_get_DAO() (line 246 of /var/www/gandh/sites/all/modules/civicrm/api/v3/utils.php).

Would anybody be able to shed any light on the matter and help me solve this problem. Many Thanks.

Seems to me you are missing the file CRM/Core/DAO/.listAll.php from your install. Perhaps because it's hidden. Anyhow, can you check for that file?

I've looked and can't find it.  So shall I create one, if so what does it need?  Also I note that it has a "." in front of the file name, I wonder if that's why I'm unable to find it, or could it be a permission issue?  Either way I'm not sure how to find it, or whether it exists?  It's not just mass mailing it's mailing in general that it's affecting.

Yes the "." in front of the file name will prevent you from seeing it. If you are checking in FTP, be sure to elect to "show hidden files" and if you are using the Linux CLI use ls -a to see hidden files.

But if you really don't have it, you must get a fresh copy of the source code and upload that file. It's one of the code files of CiviCRM.

I'm using filezilla and am showing hidden files and still can't see it, so I'm guessing it's not there in which case I need to find one.  Thanks for your help so far I'll let you know how I get on.

I've found a copy and put it in and it seems to be working fine thanks for all the help!  ;D
