Membership links generated incorrectly after upgrade to 4.1.3-5 (Drupal 6)
June 12, 2012, 11:47:19 am
We are having an issue after the upgrade to 4.1.3 where we can't edit memberships anymore. It just kicks us back to the CiviCRM front page.

  • The Drush upgrade didn't give any errors.
  • I cleared out the templates folder
  • I cleared all caches
  • I manually copied the civicrm folder again just in case something happened there

Anybody else experience the same or have an idea why this would happen?

UPDATE:
It allows me to edit memberships if I use the "Membership > Find Members" search and then click "Edit" in the results -- but not if I try to edit a Membership from the regular Membership tab in the default contact view.

UPDATE:
Clarified title of post.

Are you able to replicate the problem on the demo site?

can you give us some anonymised urls including what you get when you mouse over the links that are firing you to the wrong place

If I create a membership on the d6 demo site, it allows me to edit it, so it doesn't seem to be happening there.

On my site, if I view a contact and click on the "Membership" tab, it displays the memberships, but none of the buttons seem to work. If I click "Add membership" or "Edit" it shoots me back to the Dashboard, although the URL displays as follows:
  • Link on "Add Membership" button and in the nav bar on the resulting Dashboard page: http://www.site.org/civicrm/contact/membership?reset=1&action=add&cid=3909&context=membership

This looks different than the link on the sandbox site, missing a '/view' in the URL:
http://drupal6.demo.civicrm.org/civicrm/contact/view/membership?reset=1&action=add&cid=31&context=membership

In fact, if I manually add the '/view' in the URL it loads correctly. Why would the URL be generated differently?

After upgrading to 4.1.5 (Drupal 6), the issue continues for me. Where should I look to find where the URL is being generating incorrectly? I tried disabling the CiviCRM Drupal modules that I have enabled but it didn't seem to affect it. (Trying to figure why it would be different on my site vs. the demo site as noted above).
