New user profile does not show area for user name and password creation
June 13, 2012, 07:46:03 pm
I have come from a Joomla environment where we knew how to do just about everything in CiviCRM.
Now, we are using CiviCRM on a new Wordpress site and can't seem to figure out why the profile does not show the
area at the beginning of the profile where the user creates a user name and password.

We made sure that the 'account creation required' was set in advanced settings in the profile setup. The profile works great on the public side, all the way through including a live paypal payment creation. Just does not show the create user/password function.

Scanned the forum and documentation, even looked at our Joomla/CiviCRM installation again (it's still live).

Any ideas would be appreciated. We would like to take the site live so we can get rid of our Joomla site ASAP.
