Error with CRON Job

Hi.  I have just installed CiviCRM and am having issues trying to get the cron job to process.  The error_log shows the following every time the job runs:

[14-Jun-2012 04:15:02] PHP Fatal error:  Call to undefined method JException::triggerEvent() in /home2/server/public_html/administrator/components/com_civicrm/civicrm/CRM/Utils/Hook/Joomla.php on line 58

Is this a known fault, or is it something additional that needs to be configured?  Currently prevents all schedulled jobs from running, but they can be run successfully from within CiviCRM.

Any assistance most welcome.  Thanks.

I have the same problem on an upgraded Joomla 2.5.4 and CiviCRM 4.1.3.
