HELP! Configuration file could not be retrieved

When trying to create a new case I get the error: Sorry Configuration file could not be retrieved ...

I created this folder: public_html/newjoomla/media/civicrm/custom/CRM/case/xml/configuration

Entered the folder information into the directories under custom templates: /home/ribbonri/public_html/newjoomla/media/civicrm/custom/CRM/case/xml/configuration

Copied the Sample files and placed them in the above folder.

Under the CiviCase Dashboard it shows Housing Support and Adult Day Care Referral with 0 records

I have also run the sql query and uploaded the sample data to the database.

What am I missing??  HELP PLEASE!

As of 4.1 you don't actually have to do anything besides enable CiviCase if you just want the sample config.

But otherwise I think it's case-sensitivity (pun intended). You have "case" in your custom path but it should be "Case".

Thank you for the reply. I am afraid that means something went wrong during install. Enabling it did absolutely nothing. :( will try fresh install
