Hi. 

When a member is added or updated, I would like to pass the post code to an external API to populate a new "constituency" field and store this in the member record.

I have the details of the external API, but is this something which is achieveable through perhaps a profile setup, or would I have to delve into the code?

If I need to code, any idea which file I would need to look at?
